Next generation microphone technology. Made in Sweden.
The new innovative ground breaking Ehrlund Microphone with triangular membrane and phase linear electronic will capture what you hear. Sound engineers around the globe are amazed by the difference. A new microphone standard is here to stay.
Göran Ehrlund has been working with sound and recording technology for over 30 years. He is a born inventor who built his very first mandolin at school woodworking classes, which he fitted with a loudspeaker that could be used as a microphone.
Göran is driven by the desire to develop new and technologically innovative solutions. In the 1980s, he came up with the idea of a triangular microphone membrane in his recording studio. The restricted studio space put big demands on a good sound and after various experiments, he discovered a triangle was the optimum shape. It reduced self resonance and reproduced the natural sound.
Ehrlund Microphones was started in 2005 by Göran Ehrlund in Stora Skedvi in Dalarna, Sweden. In 2007, Ehrlund started working with Research Electronics in Siljansnäs. Research Electronics has been in business since 1987 and has wide ranging experience of electronic design and the type of electronics with low self noise vital for a high sensitivity microphone. This partnership enabled the microphone to reach its full potential and their popularity began to grow.
Göran Ehrlund has now patented his triangular microphone capsule and triangular pickup. The company has delivered mics to studios, live acts and radio stations all around the world.
EVE Audio – the loudspeaker manufacturer from Berlin, Germany. Founded and owned by Roland Stenz, a long time enthusiast for quality audio and with a long background history in the audio industry.
Roland Stenz started his career in the mid eighties when he worked in Research and Development for "Rundfunk- und Fernsehtechnisches Zentralamt RFZ". That was East Germany's biggest supplier and developer for nearly all components used in television and broadcast.
After the German reunification, Roland Stenz worked briefly for a Berlin based Hi-Fi company before pursuing his advanced electronic studies. Subsequently in 1999 he became co-founder, shareholder and CEO of ADAM Audio. Upon his leaving ADAM in the summer of 2010, he decided to take an MBA degree while simultaneously starting the development a new range of studio monitors.
His approach was to question the necessity of each and every component in the audio circuitry, not only from an engineering point of view, but also from a user experience standpoint. Soon it became obvious that the answer was not in using off-the-shelf components, so the new EVE Audio line was designed from the ground up. The result is a complete range of active studio monitors and active subwoofers, carefully designed to satisfy home recording users as well as studio professionals. As such, most parts and components that can be found in EVE Audio speakers were produced according to Roland Stenz requirements.

The company name was selected from an anagram created from the common letters of the first and last names of the original founders. This particular anagram was selected because it was short, easy-to-say and remember, and they liked the double-entendre possibilities implying wet-links to the Northwest.
Rane started out with four products aimed at small bands, designed to make their live performances better. At the forefront was a unique 12-input, 6-output matrix mixer (MM 12) used to create six different monitor mixes for driving stage monitor speakers. The idea was to help performers hear themselves better. Up to that time, either the small group had no monitors at all, or they were all driven by the same mix. What Rane provided was new, compactly designed, affordable tools to help solve the many problems of on-stage monitoring.
Rane today is a proud member of inMusic Inc.’s dynamic family of professional music/audio companies. It continues to be an industry-leading innovator, providing problem-solving professional audio tools, affordably priced, with unequalled reliability.

Nice-Racks are constructed of solid Pine furniture-grade panels...not just pressed wood or particle board covered in a laminate like some studio racks, but 100% real wood. The panels are cut to size and the components joined together securely using pocket-hole construction and self-tapping pocket-hole screws. The front sides and top edges are rounded, then the racks are sanded and stained. The finish is a clear matte enamel, scuff sanded between coats, to preserve the look and feel of real wood. Finally, hardware is installed and the fully assembled rack is boxed up and shipped out to its new home.
Nice-Racks is a one-man operation run out of a small workshop in David's basement. Each and every rack is made by him personally and is constructed completely by hand, not thrown together on an assembly line...so every rack is totally unique. You can be assured that your rack is assembled with just as much care and attention to detail as that first rack he made for himself back in 1997.
